Between 2012 and 2022, a group made up of people of different ages and backgrounds from across Halifax and beyond worked together to establish a ChristCentral church in Halifax. Those involved were (and are!) passionate about Jesus and wanted to play their part in making Him known in the towns, villages and neighbourhoods where they lived in Calderdale.
Following the Covid pandemic, it became apparent that it was time to step back and re-evaluate how best to realise this vision and, in particular, to consider what we could learn about disciple-making from other churches in the UK and overseas.
